My Love for Venice
Venice has been my second home for the past 40 years. The wonder I felt as a child in Venice has never left me, and, no matter how many times I return, there is always something new to discover.
I know the city very well and have an extensive network of local contacts – from barmen and hoteliers to residents of the palazzi that flank the Grand Canal.
I served on the Board of the Young Friends of Save Venice for many years. I was also the first American Chairman of the Young Friends of Venetian Heritage. I continue to support both of these esteemed institutions which preserve Venice’s monuments for the future. It truly is a lifelong relationship.
